About Us

Who are we?

We're Micah and Jeshua (Jesh) Miller, two brothers born and bred in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. We got a love of anything tech from our dad, and it's been getting us into trouble ever since.

NB stands for No Bullsh*t. It started in 2018 as NB Speaker Cables. Building cables led to building our own speakers: subwoofers first, then surrounds, then a front stage to replace our 'store bought' speakers, until we ended up with a 7.2.4 home theatre we built ourselves. In April 2024 NB Audio got a website and brand of its own, and in May 2024 we started selling DIY speaker parts.

What do we sell?

Parts for people who build their own speakers: drivers from Dayton Audio, SB Acoustics, Scan-Speak, Peerless, SB Audience and Purifi, amplifier modules from Hypex and Purifi, test gear, complete speaker kits designed by SB Acoustics, and our own range of crossover parts: film capacitors, air-core inductors, electrolytic capacitors and resistors.

What's the No Bullsh*t part?

We won't tell you a part is the 'best' or call anything 'Audiophile Grade'. We'll tell you what it does, what it suits and what it doesn't, at a reasonable price. It's as simple as that.

Work it out before you buy: the Port Designer for push-fit flares and ports, and the Driver Fit Finder to see which drivers fit your cabinet.

Coming soon: the NB Speaker Builder, to design a speaker box around our drivers and see how it'll play before you cut any wood. Then build it yourself, or have us cut it for you. Subwoofers first, with 2 and 3-way speakers on the way. Get told when it's live.
