What are the postage costs for Domestic orders?

A flat rate fee of $15 applies to most speaker parts, components and our smaller speaker kits. Depending on the size of your order, this may be sent by Australia Post or a Courier. This flat rate only applies to physical addresses. In some instances, especially with larger items, rural areas and to WA or NT, additional shipping costs may apply. Additional costs typically apply to orders sent to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

Larger speaker parts, speakers, speaker kits, and custom-built speakers may attract additional shipping charges. These shipping costs are quoted individually based on the best available delivery option. We will always choose the most cost-effective shipping method while ensuring safe transit. All quoted rates include a packaging fee to cover the additional materials and handling (ie a pallet may be required). We do our best to note which products may attract additional shipping charges but if you're rural/remote and ordering larger items, you're welcome to get in contact with us for a quote before ordering.

In the event you are not willing to accept additional shipping charges, your order will be refunded in full.

Local Pickup is also available for some orders.

How long will it take for my order to be posted?

The majority of our parts are shipped directly from our distributor, these are generally shipped within 24-48 hours Mon-Fri (if the order is placed before 2pm AEST each day). All items shipped by distributor are automatically marked as "Leave at front door". If you do not wish for this to happen and you wish to sign for your order, please let us know at the time of order.

Our speaker kits tend to have a 2-6 week lead time subject to the kit chosen. This will be listed on the product page.

We organise a courier for all 'off the shelf' speakers within 24-48 hours. Depending on the speaker or speaker kit purchased, we may send these via Australia Post or a Courier. As we are semi-rural, couriers tend to only do pickups every 2-3 days so it may be up to 5 business days before your order is picked up.

We do our best to keep our stock levels accurate by syncing with our distributor every 24 to 48 hours. However, as stock may be sold by other retailers during this time, occasional discrepancies can occur. If you place an order for an item that is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible with an expected lead time and, where appropriate, suggest suitable alternatives. If the lead time or alternatives are not suitable, we will provide a full refund.

Print On Demand Products

All our merchandise is 'Print on Demand' meaning the product is only made upon ordering. This is all done automatically through our print partner. 

Shipping costs vary between $4.99 - $11.99 based on your location and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Typically, these are shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping varies drastically by location however most Australian based orders arrive within 5-7 business days once they are shipped with US orders typically taking 3-4 business days.

Why do you ship the majority of your parts directly from your distributor and not keep stock on hand?

The main two reasons are cost efficiencies and shipping speed. As we are semi-rural, not only is shipping more expensive, it can be a lot slower. Our distributor is based in the city and set up to efficiently pack and send orders at a much faster and cheaper rate.

To cover the cost of shipping to us, then repack and send to customers is inefficient and would only raise cost our end and for the customer.

Despite this, we continue to handle all Warranty claims directly. You are not forced to go through our distributor for warranty claims. In most instances, we'll simply send you another one, once a fault is confirmed and handle the warranty separately ourselves. 

Can you ship orders internationally?

Currently, we cannot ship our NB Audio range of amplifiers as they only carry electrical certification relevant to Australia.
