Refund policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns & Cancellations
We do not accept returns for "Change of Mind" on custom or back-ordered products. However, for stocked products, we may accept returns subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. We do not accept returns for opened or 'used' products. You have 48 hours from when your package is received to contact us for returns.
The customer is responsible for producing, printing and the cost of returns. All returns are to made by post.
To protect our customers and minimise unnecessary fees, our system uses payment authorisations rather than charging your card immediately. This means your payment method is only charged once your order is confirmed and no funds are withdrawn from your account at the time of placing your order.
Authorisations remain valid for 7 days. If your order is not confirmed within that time, the authorisation will automatically expire, and the order will be voided. This process helps us avoid non-refundable transaction fees imposed by payment providers in the event of cancellations.
If your order is voided due to an expired authorisation, you will need to place a new order to proceed.
If you cancel your order before it has been packaged for shipping, you may receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable transaction fees we incur.

Warranty Claims & Repairs
If you experience a defect, contact us at sales@nbaudio.com.au. Depending on the issue, we will either arrange return postage for assessment or direct you to a nearby repairer. In some cases, we may provide parts for self-repair.
If a defect is covered under warranty, we will cover all shipping costs. However, if the issue is determined to be due to user error rather than a manufacturing fault, the purchaser will be responsible for shipping and any agreed repair costs.
To ensure a smooth process, we encourage you to report any defects within 14 days of receiving your product.
