Description
A 1½" mini speaker from Dayton Audio's Commercial Engineering (CE) Series, with a black Mylar diaphragm, a neodymium magnet and a steel frame with a front gasket. The 32 Ω impedance is an easy load for the headphone amplifier in most portable players and phones, and the 38 mm frame replaces most 40 mm headphone drivers. Dayton also suggests it for toys, speakerphones and intercoms; the diaphragm is fragile, so mount it behind a grille.
