Description

A shallow 10" dual voice coil subwoofer from Dayton Audio's LS Series, made for walls, floors, ceilings and tight spots in cars, such as behind a ute's seats. A flat, rigid piston of aluminium honeycomb with glass fibre skins replaces the usual cone, and a balanced double-roll surround keeps its motion stable. Dual aluminium shorting rings lower inductance, and the dual 4Ω voice coils can be wired for 2Ω or 8Ω.

Features

  • Innovative low-profile subwoofer, less than 3.8" thick
  • Long Xmax for uncompromised bass performance
  • Dual 4Ω voice coils, 6 layers in total, for multiple wiring options
  • Rigid flat honeycomb fibreglass cone
  • Low-distortion ferrite motor with dual aluminium shorting rings
  • Balanced rubber double-roll surround improves stability and control
