The Dayton Audio SS12-22 Signature Series 12" subwoofer delivers exceptional low-frequency performance from compact enclosures. Engineered for high-output systems that require both accuracy and authority, the SS12-22 combines a rigid anodised aluminium cone, dual-spider suspension, and a powerful FEA-optimised motor structure to produce clean, controlled bass even at long excursion. Its 3" four-layer copper voice coil on a vented aluminium former ensures excellent thermal handling, supporting up to 900Wrms with minimal compression. Whether used in DSP-assisted sealed enclosures for tight, articulate bass or in small vented/passive radiator systems for maximum extension, the SS12-22 provides the performance, control, and durability demanded by serious listeners.
