Description

A 4" extended-range driver from Dayton Audio's Signature Series, with a one-piece concave black anodised aluminium cone, a polyimide former and an open cast aluminium frame. Dayton developed the series with Klippel testing for low distortion, and the vented former and elevated spider help it run cool.

Features

  • Extensive Klippel LPM and LSI testing to optimise Bl symmetry and parameters
  • Indexed cone/surround junction for a smooth transition and frequency response
  • Polyimide formers for improved mechanical damping and a smooth frequency response
  • One-piece concave black anodised aluminium cone
  • Vented former and elevated spider for improved airflow
  • Open cast aluminium frame for improved heat dissipation
  • Countersunk stainless steel magnet badging for long-lasting looks
