Description

The Dayton Audio GF180 Series 6.5″ woven fiberglass woofers feature a rigid woven fibreglass cone and rubber surround engineered for low-distortion midbass and smooth midrange response. A 4-layer voice coil on an aluminium former provides enhanced thermal stability, while the vented pole piece reduces air compression and improves linear excursion. The low-profile stamped-steel frame supports shallow-mount and surface-mount installations. Suitable for 2-way and 3-way loudspeaker systems, the GF180 series woofers offer a balanced combination of sensitivity, bandwidth, and mechanical control for Hi-Fi and home theater applications.
