The Peerless P830874 is a 6½″ HDS woofer that combines a proprietary PPB cone, aluminium shorting ring, and a long-throw voice coil to achieve low distortion and extended frequency response. Its cast aluminium basket provides high structural rigidity, enhanced heat dissipation for the motor, and additional ventilation under the spider. This ventilation, combined with a vented cone neck, reduces air compression effects.
