Description
A pair of ready-made crossovers for SB Acoustics' Ara, the two-way stand-mount kit. They come fully assembled and pre-wired, with slide-on connectors for the drivers, so there's no soldering to do.
Ara comes in three versions, and each has its own crossover, tuned by SB for its drivers. Pick the one that matches your tweeter. They aren't interchangeable.
The photos show the Beryllium and TeXtreme boards, and SB's schematics for both.
Features
- Sold as a pair, one per speaker
- Fully assembled and pre-wired, with slide-on connectors for the drivers
- Ring dome version: for the TW29R or TW29R-B tweeter and the MW16P-4 (or white MW16PNW-4) mid-woofer. Crosses over at 3000 Hz
- Beryllium version: for the TW29BN or TW29BN-B tweeter and the MW16P-4 or MW16PNW-4. Crosses over at 2300 Hz
- TeXtreme version: for the TW29TXN-B-8 tweeter and the MW16TX-4. Crosses over at 2500 Hz
- Drivers and cabinets are sold separately
