Description
SB Acoustics' Ara is a two-way stand-mount: a 6.5" Satori papyrus-cone mid-woofer and a Satori tweeter in a faceted MDF cabinet that leans back 7° to line the drivers up in time. It's the smaller brother of the Rinjani.
The complete kit is a pair of speakers' worth of drivers, Wagner's assembled crossovers and SB's finished cabinets, all in one. Pick the tweeter (the Satori ring dome, or the Beryllium dome of the Ara Be), the cabinet finish and the driver colours. The cabinets come finished, so there's no woodwork: you fit the drivers and crossovers and wire them up.
The Ara Tx (TeXtreme drivers) has no complete-kit bundle, so it's bought as the parts listed below. So can any version, if you'd rather build it up a piece at a time.
Everything in the kit
Everything below is for a pair of speakers. Each part links to its own page, so you can also buy it a piece at a time.
